Michelle McEuen is a marketing communications professional by trade and entrepreneur at heart. A Business Administration (B.S.) graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas, her interests lie at the intersection of smart business and social entrepreneurship, focusing on holistic, multi-faceted solutions to social problems. 

As the Director of Marketing and Communications for USGBC North Texas, Michelle excels at non-profit management, working to improve business operations systems, organizational procedures, the flow of information inside and outside of the organization, and strategic planning and business processes. In her four years of employment with USGBC, Michelle has emphasized stakeholder engagement, education, and community building in crafting marketing strategies tailored to the AEC industries.

Michelle is also the Chief Strategy Officer of After Five. Since founding After Five in 2009, Michelle has grown her boutique agency into a leading consulting practice whose clientele include small business owners, non-profits, and Fortune 500’s. She aims to integrate traditional branding with innovative platforms to create interactive horsepower that delivers real business value across the entertainment, apparel, retail, and consumer goods industries. In most recent years, she has focused on ways in which brands can create high impact opportunities utilizing content and social media marketing.

From grassroots volunteering to executive management, a common thread of strategy and resourcefulness unites her work and demonstrates a capacity to create effective, positive change and empower others.
